Complete sewer separation in Somerville, which is awesome and we support that.
A plan from Cambridge with no sewer separation and no Green Stormwater Infrastructure. This is despite consistent public calls for Green Stormwater Infrastructure, including a second Constructed Stormwater Wetlands to support full sewer separation.
A plan for a 1-year storm level of sewage pollution control, but where the permitted volume of sewage in the “typical year” model is increased by 26%, a clear violation of the Clean Water Act’s Backsliding Provision.
